We are grilling these Filet Mignons on our Green Mountain Grills Davy Crockett. We ran the grill at 400 degrees with Grillgrates inside that were temping at 550. We seasoned up the steaks with Firedancer BBQ SOB PG. We put them on rotating every 2 minutes until the last time and just waited for our internal temp to reach 125-127.
