* Balsamic Onions make a wonderful garnish/topper for your steak…. super easy to make and require no maintenance.
1 whole Red Onion sliced and cut into half moons
1 cup ( 8oz) minimum of Balsamic Vinegar
2.5 tbsp sugar.
Put it all in a pan on the stove on medium heat… bring to a boil… reduce heat to med/low and let go for 12-14 minutes. that’s it!
* the vinegar will reduce down and begin to get thick and syrupy… that is the correct consistency. That is your sweet/tangy balsamic glaze (sugar is the key to keep it sweet).
