In the 80s/90s you barely saw people that looked like me in MV for songs like this or even commercials. So I created one with me in it…I want to encourage the next Black/African Queen to love your skin. A Black/African woman’s way of being is radiant, so rich and ORIGINAL. Despite the fact that we’re living in a world where we aren’t the most appreciated, we must fight to uplift ourselves and each other. Get rid of the feelings of insecurity, self-doubt, and body discomfort.
“The word glamour originally refers to a magical or even unreal charm or beauty attached to a person or an object.”
WE are that charm, We are magical, Black is Glamour. Black is beautiful. GlamourIS..
